Overview
Desert Safari Dubai sells experiences to tourists who are often already in the city and deciding quickly. The company offers desert safaris, dhow cruises and city tours, and needed a website that shows the full range clearly and turns interest into a booking within a minute or two. We designed and built the site, with a catalogue of packages and direct contact options on every page.
The Challenge
Tourists compare many operators at once, usually on a phone and often with limited time. The product range here is wide: morning, evening and overnight safaris, premium and deluxe versions, adventure options such as dune buggies, private tours, dinner in the desert, creek and marina cruises, and city tours to several emirates. Without clear organization, visitors cannot tell the packages apart. The site also had to reassure families and groups, who have specific questions about suitability, and offer a booking method that works for international visitors who may not want to fill in long forms.
Our Approach
We put the booking route first and built the catalogue around it. Since many visitors already use WhatsApp, we made WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons part of every page instead of hiding contact details in a footer. We then grouped packages by type and time of day so that the choice is easy to scan, and gave each one its own page with timings, inclusions and a direct enquiry option. We kept the stack deliberately light, with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so that pages load quickly on mobile networks and are simple to change when tours are added.
What We Built
The site includes a home page, an About page, FAQs, a gallery and a contact page, with the tour catalogue as its core. Desert safaris are split into morning, evening and overnight programs with premium, dinner and adventure variants, alongside private safaris. There are separate sections for dhow cruises, UAE city tours including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hatta, group bookings, corporate events and popular Dubai activities. Each package has a dedicated page, and the FAQ page answers practical questions, including notes for families and other travelers with special needs.
Technology
HTML and CSS give fast, crawlable pages, which matters for a business that depends on being found when travelers search. JavaScript adds the sticky booking buttons, navigation behavior and gallery interactions.
Outcome
The company now has a clear, organized storefront for its whole range of tours. Visitors can identify the experience that fits their day, read the details and reach a person through WhatsApp or a phone call from any page. The structure is easy to extend with new packages, and the straightforward front end means updates do not depend on a complex system.
