Farzorim Services — Multi-Service Business Platform

Multi-service business website for Farzorim Services in Qatar, bringing digital, business and cleaning services under one navigation.

Overview

Farzorim Services is a company in Qatar that offers digital services, business services and cleaning services. We designed and built the platform that presents all three under a single brand: a website of more than thirteen pages that lets each service stand on its own while still feeling like part of one company.

The Challenge

A company that sells such different things faces a real communication problem. A visitor looking for a website developer and a visitor looking for a cleaning crew have almost nothing in common, yet both arrive at the same front door. If the site leads with one service, the others look like an afterthought. If it says everything at once, nobody finds what they came for. The client also serves a local market where people often prefer a quick chat to a long enquiry form, so the path from interest to conversation had to be short.

Who Uses It and How

A small business owner searching for digital help lands on a digital services page and wants to see what is offered before reaching out. A facilities or household decision-maker looking for cleaning wants coverage area and a fast way to ask about availability. Staff receive each enquiry with the service it concerns, so the right person can reply. An administrator updates service copy and enquiry handling without editing code.

Our Approach

We treated the three service categories as equal citizens and let navigation do the sorting. Each category has its own section and its own landing pages, written for the specific buyer who would land there, while the header, footer, contact details and visual style carry one brand across all of them. We chose Next.js so pages can be rendered on the server and served quickly, which matters for a site that depends on search visibility for several unrelated service keywords.

What We Built

The site is organised around top-level navigation that separates digital, business and cleaning services. Under each heading are dedicated service pages, so a person searching for one offering lands on a page about exactly that. The contact page includes an embedded map showing where the company operates and a direct WhatsApp call to action, so people can start a conversation from a phone in a single tap.

Architecture and Data

Service content and enquiries are held in PostgreSQL, with a Node.js layer between the database and the Next.js front end. Storing content in relational tables means service pages share a structure, and the team can add or edit a service without changing hard-coded page text. Enquiries are stored with the service they relate to and a timestamp, so nothing depends on a single email arriving. Server-rendered pages give search engines complete HTML for each service.

Security, Privacy and Quality

Enquiries include names and phone numbers, so the API validates and sanitises input, uses parameterised database queries to prevent SQL injection, and limits submission rates to reduce spam. The site should be served over HTTPS. We tested each service route, the enquiry form, map loading and the WhatsApp link on phones and desktops.

Technology

Next.js gives component-based pages, server rendering and clean routing, which fits a site with many similar-but-distinct service pages. PostgreSQL provides reliable relational storage for content and enquiries, and Node.js keeps the whole project in one language from browser to server.

Outcome

Farzorim Services has one platform that speaks to three different audiences without confusing any of them. Each service can be found, understood and enquired about on its own page, and the WhatsApp and map-based contact page gives local customers a fast route to the team. New services can be added as separate sections without redesigning the site.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to build a multi-service business website?

Cost depends on how many services need their own pages, the design work, whether content is stored in a database or CMS, languages such as Arabic and English, and integrations such as maps or WhatsApp. Custom full-stack builds cost more than template sites but give more control. We scope it after understanding your services.

Should each service have its own page?

Usually yes. Someone searching for one service wants a page about exactly that, and separate pages let each rank for its own search terms while shared navigation keeps the company identity together.

Is a WhatsApp button useful on a business website?

In markets where messaging is the normal way to contact a business, it lowers the effort of enquiring and often gets more responses than a form. It works best alongside a form or phone number for people who prefer them.
