Overview
Fast Trans Movers is a UAE relocation company that wanted a full website tuned to how it actually wins work: through advertising and by answering the phone. We built a complete bespoke site instead of adapting a purchased template, aimed at visitors who arrive from paid campaigns and are ready to speak to someone.
The Challenge
Paid traffic is expensive, and every second a visitor spends confused is money lost. A generic template usually carries navigation, sidebars and secondary offers that pull attention away from the one action the campaign is paying for. The company needed pages that were simple, quick on mobile and obvious about the next step, while still looking like an established business that a stranger would trust with their belongings.
Who Uses the Site and How
The main visitor is a person who clicked an advert while searching for movers, often on a phone and often in a hurry, perhaps standing in an empty flat. They want to confirm the company operates in their area, see that it looks legitimate, and press a button to call. On the staff side, a dispatcher or sales coordinator answers the calls, which means the number has to be the same and clearly dialled on every page so call volume can be attributed. A marketing manager manages campaigns and asks for a new landing page whenever a new advertising angle is tested, then edits that page in WordPress.
Our Approach
We designed from the call to action outward. A direct call button sits at the centre of every page, and the rest of the layout supports it with short explanations, clear service descriptions and minimal navigation. The brand was kept plain and highly legible, with strong contrast and readable type sizes, because much of the traffic will be viewed on a phone in daylight. We also decided that the site should never trap a campaign visitor: every page can serve as a landing page, not only the homepage.
What We Built
We delivered a full multi-page website with room for services, company information and supporting content. Each page carries the phone-first call to action, with a tap-to-call link that opens the dialler directly on a mobile device. Layouts are uncluttered, images are sized sensibly, and blocks such as service summaries, trust points and contact prompts are reusable. Because pages are modular, a new advertising angle can be supported by assembling a fresh page from existing blocks.
Architecture and Data
The site is content-driven, with pages assembled from templates in WordPress. Speed is treated as an architectural concern: custom templates avoid loading the scripts and styles of a general-purpose theme, images are compressed, and JavaScript is kept to small enhancements.
Security, Privacy and Quality
A phone-first site collects little personal data, which lowers risk, but any contact form still needs server-side validation, spam protection and escaped output. We kept the plugin list short because outdated plugins are a common route to compromise. We tested tap-to-call on iOS and Android.
Technology
The site uses WordPress with custom PHP and JavaScript. Building custom templates instead of installing a purchased theme keeps the code small, which supports the page speed paid campaigns depend on. WordPress remains the content layer, so the team can add pages for new services or campaign variations without a developer.
Outcome
Fast Trans Movers has a full company website built to turn campaign visitors into phone calls, that stays legible and quick on mobile and that can grow with the business. It works for advertising and for ordinary search visitors alike, and keeps the design, the call to action and the load speed consistent whatever page a campaign points to.
Frequently asked questions
What should a landing page for a moving company include?
At minimum it needs a clear headline that matches the advert, a prominent call button, a short list of services and coverage areas, and a few trust signals. Anything that leads the visitor away from the call, such as extra menus, should be removed or reduced.
How much does a custom moving company website cost?
Cost is driven by the number of pages, how much design work is bespoke, copywriting and photography, and any integrations such as call tracking or a CRM. A custom build generally takes more effort than a template but avoids ongoing plugin and theme constraints, so scope is best fixed after a short discovery call.
Why not just use a website template for paid campaigns?
Templates often include features and scripts you will never use, which slow pages and add distractions. A purpose-built layout can keep every element pointed at the single action the campaign pays for.
