Overview
Yaqin Movers is a relocation company offering professional packing and transport, and we built its platform to make booking a move as clear as the move itself should be. It is aimed at households and businesses that want a straightforward quote and a dependable crew.
The Challenge
Moving is stressful and the industry has a reputation for vague estimates and surprise charges. A visitor comparing several companies in one evening rewards the one that answers questions fastest and hides nothing. For the business, search visibility matters as much as design, because most new customers begin with a local search on their phone.
Our Approach
We designed the booking flow first. Instead of asking the visitor to phone and wait, the site lets them request a quote immediately and see what information is needed. We then organised the services into separate pages, each targeting how people actually search, for instance by type of move, so that each page has a clear purpose for search engines and for visitors. Mobile came first in every layout decision.
What We Built
The platform includes a transparent booking flow with instant quote requests, individual service pages for packing, transport and the different kinds of move, and supporting pages that explain how the process works. Pages are structured with clear headings and concise copy for local search visibility. Forms are short and fields sized for touch, and calls to action stay visible as the visitor scrolls.
Technology
We built on WordPress with PHP and MySQL, using custom templates for the booking and quote forms. MySQL stores the enquiries so that the team has a reliable record of each request, and WordPress provides the content management for service pages. The templates are kept lightweight so pages open quickly on mobile connections.
Outcome
Yaqin Movers has a site that turns interest into a quote request with very little friction, presents its services in a structure suited to local search and works well for customers on the move. The team can add service pages and update content without developer help. We also kept the quote form deliberately short. Every additional field lowers completion, so we asked only for what the team needs to prepare a reliable price and left the finer details for the follow-up conversation with the customer.
